1. Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing from or using hellgrown.eu. By placing an order or accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 General Information
hellgrown.eu is an online store operated from Latvia, selling print-on-demand merchandise, and potentially digital goods, event tickets, and other products. Orders are fulfilled in partnership with Printful, a third-party print-on-demand and fulfilment provider.
1.2 Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into contracts in your country, or that you have obtained parental or guardian consent. You also confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
1.3 Products & Print-on-Demand
All physical merchandise is produced on demand by Printful after you place an order. Because of this:
– Items are not pre-stocked — production begins only after payment is confirmed.
– Slight colour variations may occur between screen displays and final printed products.
– Product images are for illustration purposes; final results may vary slightly.
– Some products may have limited shipping availability depending on destination country.
1.4 Pricing, VAT & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR. VAT is included in the displayed price where required by EU law. Customers outside the EU will not be charged EU VAT; any applicable local import taxes or duties are their own responsibility (see Shipping Policy, section 4.5).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely via our payment provider. hellgrown.eu does not store payment card details.
1.5 Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, production issues, or where fulfilment would conflict with applicable sanctions or export regulations. You will be notified and refunded in full if your order is cancelled by us.
1.6 Sanctions & Export Compliance
hellgrown.eu operates in compliance with all applicable EU and international sanctions regulations. As a business based in Latvia and operating within the European Union, we are legally prohibited from processing transactions with, or shipping goods to, sanctioned countries, entities, or individuals.
We do not accept orders from, or ship to, the following destinations:
– Russia — prohibited under EU sanctions regulations (Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 and subsequent packages, including the 20th sanctions package in force from April 2026).
– Belarus — prohibited under EU sanctions regulations (Council Regulation (EU) No 765/2006 and amendments).
– Iran — restricted under international sanctions regimes.
– North Korea — restricted under UN and EU sanctions.
– Any other country, entity, or individual subject to applicable EU, UN, or Latvian sanctions at the time of purchase.
hellgrown.eu reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any order that we determine, at our sole discretion, may violate applicable sanctions or export control regulations. Attempting to circumvent these restrictions (e.g. through false shipping addresses) may constitute a criminal offence under EU and Latvian law.
This list may be updated without notice as sanctions regimes change. We recommend checking before ordering if you are unsure about your country's status.
1.7 Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, branding, and content on hellgrown.eu are the property of hellgrown.eu or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content without written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
1.8 Prohibited Use
You agree not to use hellgrown.eu for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to attempt to disrupt the website, or to infringe on any third-party rights.
1.9 Newsletter & Marketing
If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter or opt in to marketing communications, your email will be used solely for that purpose. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting us directly. We will never add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.
1.10 Force Majeure
hellgrown.eu shall not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfil orders caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, carrier strikes, Printful service outages, changes in sanctions or export control regulations, geopolitical events, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will communicate with affected customers and offer alternatives or refunds where appropriate.
1.11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Latvian and EU law, hellgrown.eu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
1.12 Future Products
hellgrown.eu may in the future offer digital goods, event tickets, and other product types. Specific terms applicable to those categories will be added to this document and communicated clearly at the time of sale.
1.13 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable EU regulations, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Latvian courts, without prejudice to your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
1.14 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We recommend checking this page periodically.

2. Privacy Policy

hellgrown.eu is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how it is handled, and your rights — in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2.1 Data Controller

2.2 What Data We Collect
We collect personal data you provide when:
– Placing an order: name, email address, shipping address, phone number.
– Contacting support: your name and message content.
– Browsing the site: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via cookies — see Cookie Policy).
– Subscribing to marketing: email address and consent record.
2.3 Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
We process your personal data under the following legal bases:
– Contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)): processing your order, arranging delivery, and handling returns.
– Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): retaining transaction records for tax and accounting compliance under Latvian law, and screening orders against applicable sanctions lists.
– Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): fraud prevention, website security, sanctions compliance screening, and anonymised analytics to improve the site.
– Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): sending marketing emails or newsletters, where you have explicitly opted in.
2.4 How We Use Your Data
– To fulfil and ship your orders (shared with Printful as our data processor).
– To communicate order status, shipping updates, and support responses.
– To comply with legal obligations including tax, customs, consumer law, and sanctions screening.
– To improve the website and user experience (anonymised analytics).
– To send marketing communications, only where you have consented.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
2.5 Data Processors & Third-Party Sharing
Your data is shared only as necessary with trusted third parties acting on our behalf:
– Printful Inc. — our print-on-demand and fulfilment partner, acting as a data processor under GDPR. They receive your name, address, and order details to produce and ship your items. See: printful.com/policies/privacy
– Hostinger — our website hosting provider, which stores site data on EU-based infrastructure.
– Payment processor — handles secure transaction processing. We never receive or store your payment card details.
– Shipping carriers — receive your name and address for delivery purposes only.
– Tax and customs authorities — where legally required for international shipments.
– Sanctions screening tools or authorities — where required by EU law to verify compliance.
All processors are required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.
2.6 Data Retention
Order and transaction records are retained for 5 years to comply with Latvian accounting and tax law. Support correspondence is kept for 2 years. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent. You may request deletion of any non-legally-required data at any time.
2.7 Your Rights (GDPR)
As a data subject under GDPR, you have the right to:
– Access: request a copy of your personal data we hold.
– Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
– Erasure: request deletion of your data ('right to be forgotten') where legally permissible.
– Restriction: ask us to limit how we process your data.
– Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
– Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.
– Withdraw consent: at any time, where processing is based on consent (e.g. marketing emails).

2.8 Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption. No internet transmission is 100% secure. Contact us immediately at support@hellgrown.eu if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or data.
2.9 International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed outside the EU — for example, by Printful's US-based servers. Such transfers are conducted under GDPR-compliant safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.
2.10 Children
hellgrown.eu is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
3. Refund & Returns Policy

As all products on hellgrown.eu are made on demand by Printful specifically for each order, our return policy is structured accordingly and complies with EU consumer protection law.
3.1 Your EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you generally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. However, this right does not apply to:
– Custom-made or personalised goods — which includes most print-on-demand items produced specifically per order.
– Sealed goods opened after delivery for hygiene reasons (e.g. certain accessories).
Because the vast majority of our products are produced on demand to your specification, the standard right of withdrawal typically does not apply. We will clearly indicate on each product page if an item qualifies for standard withdrawal rights.
3.2 Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect (wrong item, wrong size, or wrong design), you are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund.
To make a claim, contact us at support@hellgrown.eu within 30 days of delivery and include:
– Your order number.
– A clear photo of the defective or incorrect item.
– A brief description of the issue.
If the claim is valid, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You are not required to return the defective item.
3.3 Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
3.4 Size & Colour Issues
Detailed size guides are provided on all product pages. We strongly recommend checking these before ordering, as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size where the product matches its description.
Slight colour variation between on-screen display and printed product is inherent to the print-on-demand process and is not considered a defect.
3.5 Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please first check with neighbours and your local post office or delivery depot. If the item is genuinely lost, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with Printful and the carrier, and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
3.6 Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is confirmed, cancellations are only possible before the item enters production. Contact us immediately at support@hellgrown.eu if you need to cancel. We cannot guarantee a cancellation will be possible, but we will do our best.
3.7 Digital Goods & Event Tickets (Future)
Digital downloads and event tickets are non-refundable once delivered or activated, except where required by applicable law or where there is a verified technical failure on our part.
3.8 Orders Cancelled Due to Sanctions or Restrictions
If an order is cancelled because the destination or recipient is subject to applicable sanctions or shipping restrictions, a full refund will be issued. hellgrown.eu is not liable for any inconvenience caused by legally required order cancellations of this nature.
3.9 Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (ptac.gov.lv) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
4. Shipping Policy

hellgrown.eu ships worldwide, subject to the restrictions outlined below. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched by Printful from their production facilities, which may be located in the EU, US, or other regions depending on your delivery address and the product ordered.
4.1 Countries We Do Not Ship To
Due to EU sanctions regulations and carrier restrictions, we are unable to accept orders or ship to the following destinations:
– Russia — prohibited under EU sanctions (Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 and subsequent packages).
– Belarus — prohibited under EU sanctions (Regulation (EU) No 765/2006 and amendments).
– Iran — restricted under international sanctions.
– North Korea — restricted under UN and EU sanctions.
– Any other country or territory subject to applicable EU, UN, or Latvian sanctions at the time of purchase.
Any orders placed to these destinations will be cancelled and fully refunded. This list may be updated without advance notice as sanctions regulations evolve. We recommend checking before placing an order if you are uncertain about your country's status.
4.2 Limited-Availability Destinations
Shipping to certain countries may be limited, delayed, or subject to product-level restrictions due to Printful's carrier network and fulfilment logistics. This includes:
– Ukraine — shipping is available but severely limited due to the ongoing conflict; only orders fulfilled from Printful's Latvian facility can currently be delivered.
– Kosovo — only products fulfilled from Printful's Latvian facility are available for delivery.
– Some product types (e.g. certain footwear, outerwear, or accessories) have further geographic restrictions set by Printful's fulfilment partners.
hellgrown.eu will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of product-level shipping restrictions on the relevant product pages. If an ordered item cannot be shipped to your location, you will be contacted and offered a full refund.
4.3 Processing Time
Orders are sent to Printful for production immediately after payment is confirmed. Standard production time is 2–7 business days depending on the product. During peak periods (e.g. holidays), production may take longer. Production time is separate from, and in addition to, shipping time.
4.4 Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch (excluding production):
– Latvia & Baltic States: 2–5 business days
– Rest of European Union: 5–10 business days
– United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
– United States & Canada: 5–15 business days
– Rest of World: 10–30 business days
These are estimates only. hellgrown.eu is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, geopolitical disruptions, or other factors outside our control.
4.5 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, product type, and selected shipping method. Any applicable free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website.
4.6 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number where available. Tracking coverage varies by carrier and destination country. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
4.7 Customs, Import Duties & Local Taxes
For deliveries outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost charged at checkout.
By law, we are required to declare the true commercial value of goods on customs documentation. We are unable to mark shipments as gifts or understate their value. Customers should be aware that customs clearance processes can add to delivery time.
4.8 Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete before confirming your order. hellgrown.eu cannot be held responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-shipment costs for packages returned due to address errors are the responsibility of the customer.
4.9 Multiple Items / Split Shipments
If you order multiple products, they may be produced at different Printful facilities and arrive in separate packages at different times. You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments.
4.10 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to Printful as undeliverable (e.g. uncollected, wrong address, refused by recipient), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at additional cost, or offer a partial refund excluding original shipping and production costs.
4.11 Carrier Service Disruptions
Shipping carriers may temporarily suspend services to certain countries due to natural disasters, conflicts, or other events. hellgrown.eu is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by carrier-side suspensions. In such cases, we will work with Printful to find alternative solutions where possible.
